"Can I order multiple crystals from the same sample?"

Yes you can. Once the bio-resonance machine has read and stored the energy pattern from the hair or ash, it can be imprinted into as many crystals as you like.

"How long does the imprinted energy last?"

It can last indefinitely. Some methods of cleansing crystals can effect the imprint, which is why we recommend using an affirmation or visualisation. For more information on this, visit our crystal care page.

"How long does it take after ordering, to receive the crystal?"

It takes roughly 7-10 days (longer for international orders). This depends though on a few factors - how long it takes you to post off the sample of hair or ash to us and what you order. If you have placed an order for a wire wrapped necklace, this may take slightly longer, depending on how busy we are.

"Can I have more than one persons energy pattern imprinted in to the same crystal?"

Yes, this is possible. It is a lovely option for example, if you have lost both parents or grandparents and would like to have them imprinted together in the same crystal. Or maybe two family pets that have passed that you may want imprinted into the same crystal.

"Do you accept returns?"

"How does the energy get transferred from the machine to the crystal?"

The bio-resonance machine firstly reads the energy pattern of the departed person or pet, from the hair/fur or ash provided. The chosen crystal is placed on the test plate. The energy pattern is then emitted from the machine through the test plate where the crystal is ready to absorb this specific frequency.

"What happens to the sample after the energy is imprinted?"

Every sample is sent back in it's entirety to you, along with your imprinted crystal.

"Is there scientific proof that the energy is really transferred into the crystal?"

This is not something that can be proved with science. Our process is based on spiritual and holistic practices, which many people find meaningful and healing. While it may not be scientifically verified, the emotional and spiritual connection our customers experience is real and deeply personal.
