We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please note the following:

TIME FRAME: Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order, for a refund of the item(s) you are returning. Postage costs are non-refundable. To start a return, you can contact us at info@lifeessenceimprints.com  within 5 days of receiving your order.

RETURN POSTAGE: If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. It is advisable to use a tracked method to make sure we receive your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CONDITION OF ITEM: The crystal must be returned in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been altered or damaged.

REFUND PROCESS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to process.
