SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS
UK Shipping
We have a 3 way shipping method.
1. We send you a pack with instructions on what to return to us. This will be sent 1st class.
2. You send a sample back to us. This will be in the Tracked48 pre-paid envelope provided.
3. We send you your parcel with your imprinted crystal, which will be sent via Tracked48.
Shipping is Free.
International Shipping
1. We send you a pack with instructions on what to return to us - Standard post.
2. You send a sample back to us - buyer is responsible for the cost of this.
3. We send you your parcel with your imprinted crystal - Tracked or Signed for, depending on country.

Processing Time
We will post you out the first package within 2 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your sample of ash or hair, we aim to have your order sent out within 2 days, unless it's a wire wrapped necklace. Depending on demand this may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed via email.
Shipping Timeframes
UK: Once we have received your sample you should have your order within 3-5 business days.
International: This will vary depending on the country.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
All customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order when shipping internationally.
As a result of regulatory changes following Brexit, please be aware that all orders shipped outside of the UK (all international inc. EU) are processed on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that as the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed on our website.
Upon arrival in your country, the relevant authorities may contact you to settle these charges before you can receive your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on these charges and how they are assessed, so you are fully aware of the expected costs.

Shipping Restrictions
There may be some countries that do not accept what we sell. If this is the case and you have already made your purchase, we will issue you a full refund.
Tracking Order
Once your crystal has been posted, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Items
Our commitment is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items. However, we understand that, despite our best efforts, items can sometimes get lost or arrive damaged. If you believe your item has been lost or has arrived damaged, please contact us at info@lifeessenceimprints.com. Upon receiving your report, we will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail. For damaged items, we will assess the extent of the damage and determine the cause. If an item is confirmed to be lost, we will offer the following options: A full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs or a replacement item sent to you at no additional cost (subject to availability). If an item is confirmed to be damaged you may return the damaged item for a full refund including return shipping costs.
